Airport – Hotel:
From the arrival at Cancun International Airport, after making the departure processes and obtaining your luggage, proceed to the departure gate where a driver with a hand ballot with the Transfer In company logo and your name, will be waiting to welcome you to our destination, proceed to confirm by presenting your confirmation voucher and photo identification and board the unit to reach your destination.
FOR YOUR LEGACY: The unit will be ready to board after 20 minutes of your landing and will wait until 60 minutes after the landing time, if there is any communication problem with the company your operator will be waiting for you in the arrival areas at the corresponding terminal of your arrival.
In terminal 2 Domestic and international arrivals meet your driver at Welcome bar
In Terminal 3 you will find your driver Margaritaville bar
In terminal 4 you will find your driver Welcome bar.
Hotel - Airport.
For your return to the airport the unit will be waiting in the lobby of your hotel 10 minutes before the agreed time in the reservation, please be ready, the operator will have a waiting time after the agreed time of 10 minutes.

What to expect
When arriving at Cancun International Airport, follow these steps:
1️⃣ After migration and customs:
Claim your luggage.
- Go to the exit marked as:
✈ "Travel Agencies / Groups / Precontracted Service".

2️⃣ Locate the meeting point:
Terminal 2 and 4: "Welcome Bar" area.
- Terminal 3: "Margaritaville Bar" area.
3️⃣ Identify your driver:
- You will be waiting with a visible sign (**TransferIn** logo and the name of the reservation holder).
4️⃣ Tackle calmly:
- Show your **reservation voucher** and **identification** to the operator.
- When leaving the airport, enjoy **cold water and refreshing towels** courtesy of TransferIn.
5️⃣ Upon arrival at your hotel:
- The operator will verify that you do not forget anything in the unit.
- It will assist you with your luggage to ensure a smooth arrival.

To ensure a smooth and punctual journey during your airport transfer, follow these prompts:
1️⃣ **Collection point**:
- The unit will be waiting in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your reservation.
- Please **clearly specify the name of your hotel** (in **Cancun Downtown** or **Hotel Zone**) when confirming your reservation.
2️⃣ **Waiting time**:
- Our operator will wait a **maximum of 10 additional minutes** after the agreed time.
- We recommend you be ready in time to avoid delays in your itinerary.
3️⃣ **When boarding**:
Present your **reservation voucher** and **identification** to the driver.
- Enjoy a comfortable and safe journey to the airport.
