You must contact the tour operator at least a few days before your tour date to confirm your exact pick-up location and time. Pick-ups take place between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, depending on your accommodation.
If you are being picked up from a hotel, please wait outside by the main entrance. Do not remain inside the lobby or hotel. The guide or driver will arrive with a passenger list and will ask those waiting outside to identify themselves. They will not enter the hotel to search for guests.
Transportation cannot wait for guests who arrive late. If you miss your scheduled morning pick-up, you will not be able to join the tour afterward. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, the tour will run on time and will not be delayed to accommodate late arrivals.
