Offered in: English

This isn't just a tasting; it's a backstage pass to the soul of Kefalonian viticulture. While many enjoy the island’s wine, few understand the journey it takes from the rugged slopes of the Robola Zone to our cellar.

What makes this experience truly unique is the breadth of the discovery. You will go behind the scenes of our production to see our craft firsthand before sitting down to a masterclass of 7 distinct labels. This includes our rarest 'insider' bottles: the Old Vines Robola, our small-batch oak-aged Vostilidi, and our skin-contact Orange wine—varieties and styles you simply won't find in a typical wine shop.

We believe wine is a conversation, so we pair these rare pours with local cheeses, our estate-grown extra virgin olive oil and freshly baked sourdough bread. It is the most comprehensive, educational, and delicious immersion into the flavors of Kefalonia available today."

A deep dive into the art of Kefalonian winemaking and our island’s unique terroir.

The Winery Tour: While our vines grow in the rugged soils of the Robola Zone and across the island’s best micro-climates, the magic happens right here. We’ll take you behind the scenes of our production area to explain the journey of the grape from the mountain slopes to our cellar. Learn about the traditional and modern techniques we use to capture the soul of Kefalonia in every bottle.

The Masterclass: Following the tour, we settle in for a curated flight of 7 distinct labels. This deep-dive includes our rarest bottles: the Old Vines Robola, our limited-edition oak-aged Vostilidi, and the intriguing Lygia (Orange wine).

The Pairing: To complement the tasting, we serve a generous spread of local organic treats, including our estate extra virgin olive oil, freshly baked sourdough bread, organic cherry tomatoes, olives, and a selection of local cheeses.

The Takeaway: You’ll leave with a true understanding of how we transform the island's most iconic grapes into world-class wine.
