There, your table awaits, set with a seasonal tasting menu where every dish is thoughtfully paired with your estate’s most exclusive labels.
We start with a refreshing local dry Muscat, your homemade bread and your own olive oil. Οur iconic Robola, paired with “Saganaki” local cheese together with a fresh Greek salad. The minerality of your high-altitude wine meets the raw saltiness of the Ionian Sea.Experience the depth of your Vostilidi perfectly matched with your signature fried Calamari.The joy of life! A pale pink colour Rosé that smells like Greek summer, fruity with lovely aromas and balanced acidity, matched with an authentic Kefalonian flavour, the “Aubergines (eggplants) in Tomato sauce” Your traditional lamb “Kleftiko” meets Megali Petra, the dry red Mavrodafni.
