Pickup details:

We offer pickup from all hotels in Kandy city, as well as from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) or other selected locations across Sri Lanka upon request. For airport pickups, our driver or representative will meet you in the paging area of the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. Please look for your name on the paging board after you exit customs. If you prefer to meet in Kandy, we can meet at your hotel lobby or at a convenient public location (such as the Kandy Clock Tower or Kandy City Center). Please make sure to share your arrival details (flight number and time) or hotel name and address after booking so we can arrange a smooth pickup.
