What to expect

Hello and Namaste!
My name is Sona.
Welcome to my Cooking Class with Sona. I am a local home cook from Varanasi, and I teach vegetarian foods.
In my cooking class, you will learn a Traditional Indian Taste of local dishes with homemade spices for Veggies/Curry and Drinks (Indian Chai/ Tea Masala).
I teach different traditional dishes of India which includes a taste of North Indian Foods.
Thali (a full plate of a combo of Chapati (Indian Bread), Dal (Lentils), Sabji/Curry (Indian Vegetable), Rice, and Sweets). I also teach other Vegetables and Milk-based Veggies which include Paneer (Indian Cheese) Butter Masala, Malai (Milk- Cream) Kofta, and Roasted Eggplant (Brinjal, Aubergine).
I also teach different types of Breads (Indian Naan, Chapati, Puri, Bhature).
I also teach other foods from different States of India (Chole - Bhature), Pakora, and Samosa (Indian ready-to-go Snacks).
The whole process of Indian cooking takes 3 hours.
