Important Note Regarding Transportation: Round-trip transportation is exclusively available for guests staying at hotels located within Cancun’s Hotel Zone (Boulevard Kukulcán). Pickup and drop-off services are not provided for accommodations outside this area, including downtown Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Juárez, Airbnb properties, private residences, or any other location beyond the Hotel Zone. Guests staying outside the Hotel Zone will be assigned a meeting point at the marina. Full location details and instructions will be provided upon booking.
Our starting point is located in front of the JW Marriot hotel at the K.M. 14.6 from the hotel zone. The duration of the tour is approximately 2 hours. The trip begins from our Jungle Tour Adventure marina where the boats will leave, which will be driven by their clients.
