If you can’t locate your driver, please call or WhatsApp us at [+264 81 433 1648] for immediate assistance. Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on; let us know in advance if you have extra or oversized luggage. For special requests, such as additional stops or group transfers, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients can be dropped off to alternative destinations at a different cost arrangement.
What to expect
Book your shuttle easily online by selecting your preferred date, time, and transfer type (private or shared). Provide your flight details, contact information, and any special requests during checkout. You’ll receive an instant confirmation with all the necessary information.
Step 2: Flight Monitoring and Preparation
Upon confirmation, we monitor your flight status to adjust pick-up times in case of delays or early arrivals. Your assigned driver and vehicle details will be sent to you ahead of time for a seamless experience.
Step 3: Arrival and Meet & Greet
After landing at Hosea Kutako International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrivals hall, where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Step 4: Assistance and Boarding
Our friendly driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to your air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi onboard for a comfortable ride.

Sit back and relax as our experienced driver takes you safely to your destination. You can request brief stops if needed, and your driver will be happy to share local tips and insights.
Step 6: Drop-Off at Your Destination
You’ll be dropped off directly at your accommodation or specified location in Windhoek. Before parting, your driver will ensure you have everything you need and assist with unloading your luggage.
