Experience the heart of Japanese culture in Hokkaido.
You will be picked up at your hotel or at JR Sapporo Station,
and welcomed into a traditional Japanese home with tatami rooms.
A professional stylist with over 10 years of experience — formerly from the prestigious Hotel Gajoen Tokyo — will dress you in a beautiful kimono and do your hair.
Then we will drive to either Hokkaido Shrine, or Nakajima Park & Iyahiko Shrine as a set — the location can be chosen in advance.
At the shrine, I will assist with photo-taking, show you how to purify with water, and guide you through a traditional prayer.
After the visit, I will help you change — either back at your hotel or in the tatami room, depending on your preference.
This is a full-service, deeply personal experience for guests who wish to truly feel the beauty of Japanese culture.
Summer Information
In summer, we provide breathable summer kimono. Dressing takes place in an air-conditioned Western-style room (not a tatami room).

Leave JR Sapporo Station from Exit 6. We will be waiting for you at the bottom of the stairs.

Once inside the apartment, you will be able to choose your kimono and accessories, and we will help you dress and arrange your hair.

At Hokkaido Shrine, you can enjoy experiences such as visiting the shrine, strolling around, and drawing fortunes. We will also take you to recommended spots.

Accompany Keiko on a leisurely stroll through the beautiful Nakajima Park, experiencing its seasonal beauty. During the walk, we will visit the Japanese Garden (closed during the winter season) and capture elegant photographs along the way.

Imihiko Shrine is a peaceful shrine located near Nakajima Park in Sapporo. Established in 1912, it enshrines the deity of craftsmanship and learning.

- We have kimonos for both men and women. Men up to 6’11” tall and up to 187.3lbs. Women up to 5’9” tall and up to 165.3lbs.
- We need to prepare kimonos, so please let us know if you are male or female.
- For women, please avoid wearing wired bras as much as possible. They can ruin the silhouette of your kimono and make you feel uncomfortable. Please use soft bras.
