What to Expect

Your chauffeur will arrive at your designated Disneyland Resort hotel at the scheduled pickup time. Luggage assistance is provided, and you’ll enjoy a spacious, climate-controlled SUV with complimentary bottled water for a relaxing ride to the airport.

We monitor real-time traffic conditions and select the most efficient route to ensure timely arrival at LAX. You’ll be dropped off curbside at your airline terminal for a seamless departure experience.

Recommended Pickup Times

- Domestic flights: 3 hours prior to departure
- International flights: 4 hours prior to departure

Pickup times may be adjusted based on traffic and airport conditions to ensure on-time arrival.

Important Information

- This is a private transfer with one designated pickup location per reservation.
- All passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, the reservation will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
- Additional stops are not included in this service.

Luggage Policy

- Luggage capacity depends on the number of passengers.
- For groups of 4–5 passengers, we can accommodate up to 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-on bags.
- Large suitcases and roller bags are not permitted in the passenger seating area due to safety regulations.
- Personal items such as backpacks, purses, and small handbags may remain with passengers in the seating area.
- For smaller passenger counts, additional luggage may fit; however, we can only guarantee space for 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons per reservation.
- If traveling with excess luggage, please notify us in advance so we can recommend a larger vehicle option.

Child Safety Seats

- Child safety seats are available upon request and must be reserved at the time of booking.
- We do not provide rear-facing infant car seats.
- Please provide the child’s age and weight so the appropriate seat can be arranged.
- California law requires children to be properly secured in an approved child restraint system.
- If a required car seat was not requested in advance and is not provided by the customer at pickup, the trip will be considered a no-show and billed in full.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the correct seat is selected for their child.

Notes

- If your flight departure time is delayed, you may contact us to request a pickup time adjustment. Changes cannot be guaranteed due to short notice and vehicle availability.
- Regardless of a reported flight delay, we strongly recommend keeping your original scheduled pickup time. Airlines may revert to the original departure time, and passengers are responsible for arriving at the airport on time.
