CAUSE OF CHICKEN
Layers of mashed potato seasoned with Peruvian yellow pepper, lemon and stuffed with chicken, carrot and peas
CEVICHE
Small pieces of fresh fish marinated in lemon juice, mixed with tender onions, coriander, yellow sweet potato, corn and hot peppers
Pisco Sour
Refreshing and 100% Peruvian : combine pisco, fresh lemon juice, gum syrup, egg white and a few drops of bitter of angostura
