Start your day with hotel pickup and a scenic drive to the East Hills, a series of forest-covered peaks within the Andes mountain range. As your transportation ascends into the mountains, your guide will share insights about the area’s geology, and you’ll enjoy breathtaking views from the roadside cliffs. Begin your hike through vibrant green forests toward your first stop, the El Chiflón waterfall, where you can walk behind the cascading water for a unique perspective or take a refreshing swim in the inviting turquoise waters below.

After enjoying a local snack to refuel, continue your hike deeper into the forest toward La Chorrera waterfall, which stands at an impressive 590 meters (1,936 feet). This route offers a chance to observe the region's diverse plant life, including bromeliads, cedar, orchids, and more. As you approach, you’ll hear the roar of this natural wonder in the distance. Take a moment to soak in the stunning views and capture photos before starting your return hike.

After about 3.5 hours of hiking, return to your vehicle and head back to the city. Depending on your itinerary, enjoy a traditional Colombian lunch in the historic La Candelaria neighborhood or in Choachí before concluding your day with a return trip to your Bogotá hotel. Note: This tour involves hiking and traveling at altitudes ranging from 1,923 to 2,600 meters (6,309 to 8,530 feet) above sea level.
