Upon arrival the next morning, we'll head into the park, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the páramo ecosystem and the unique frailejones. After a quick park registration, we’ll start a scenic acclimatization hike, learning about the fragile ecosystem from our local guide. You'll soak in the serene Andean wilderness before settling into our cozy lodge for a warm meal and a well-deserved night's rest, preparing you for the rewarding trek ahead.

    Start your day with an early breakfast to prepare for an epic adventure. By 4:30 am, you'll drive to the trailhead to begin your hike. As you ascend to the big lagoon at 4,400 meters, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views.
