    After breakfast, discover Iceland’s stunning natural wonders on the Golden Circle! It is one of the most popular tourist routes in Iceland, encompassing three of the country’s most spectacular natural attractions. You will explore the dramatic rift between two continents, learn about Viking history at [Thingvellir (Þingvellir) National Park], and marvel at the breathtaking geysers of the [Geysir Geothermal Area] and the magnificent [Gullfoss Waterfall]. After checking into your hotel for the night, during winter, you can venture out to search for the Northern Lights if the forecast is favorable. The Northern Lights in Iceland are a natural phenomenon caused by charged particles from the Sun colliding with the Earth's atmosphere high above. The success of a Northern Lights tour is highly dependent on weather conditions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will definitely see the Aurora.

    We set out to explore Iceland’s South Coast. To start, we’ll drive to [Seljalandsfoss]. If the weather permits, you can walk behind the waterfall and see the cascade from the other side. The waterfall drops 60 m (197 ft) and is part of the Seljalands River that has its origin in the volcano glacier Eyjafjallajökull. Visitors can walk behind the falls into a small cave.
