The traveler selects the service, enters flight information, destination address, and contact details. A confirmation is sent immediately with all instructions.
2. Pre-Arrival Communication
Before the travel date, we contact the traveler via WhatsApp or email to reconfirm flight details, arrival time, and any updates. We also send clear instructions on where to meet the driver.
3. Flight Monitoring
On the day of travel, our team tracks the flight in real time. If the flight is delayed or arrives early, the pickup time is automatically adjusted at no extra cost.
4. Arrival at the Airport
After landing, the traveler collects their luggage and proceeds to the designated meeting point outside the terminal.
5. Meeting the Driver
The driver waits at the meeting point with a sign displaying the traveler’s name. We also provide the driver’s WhatsApp number for easy communication.
6. Assistance With Luggage
The driver helps with all luggage and guides the traveler to the vehicle.
7. Comfortable Private Transport
The traveler enjoys a safe and comfortable ride in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. Bottled water is available on board.
8. Drop-Off at Final Destination
