RF Studios Miami is located in the Southgate Towers on the left-hand side next to Mr. Baquette. Guest will check in with our front desk and be escorted to their hammocks.

What to expect

Guests will arrive at our serene wellness studio and be guided into our aerial room. After a brief introduction, each guest will be assisted into their own suspended aerial hammock—designed to support the body in a cocoon-like position.

The experience begins with a few minutes of breathwork and grounding. Once everyone is comfortable, the sound bath begins. A certified sound healer will play a curated blend of healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. The vibrations and tones guide the body into deep relaxation, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.

Throughout the 60-minute sound journey, guests remain gently swaying in their hammocks, fully supported and safe. The immersive sound environment promotes rest, meditative states, and emotional release.

As the session comes to a close, guests are slowly guided back to awareness through gentle cues and calming music. The experience ends with light movement and a moment for reflection.

No prior experience is needed. All equipment is provided. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive ready to relax and reconnect. Grip socks are mandatory for class and available for purchase in-studio.
