We are located on the scenic SP130 di Castagnoli, the road between Castellina in Chianti and Poggibonsi. You’ll find us right along the road, making us easy to spot. Simply set Geografico di Castellina on Google Maps for easy navigation. We are just 30 minutes from Siena, 50 minutes from Florence.

During this unique experience, you’ll taste five iconic wines from our production, each perfectly paired with a menu designed to enhance every sensory nuance.
Each dish has been carefully crafted to let you experience the three fundamental pairing techniques: contrast, harmony, and territorial connection. You'll learn how to enhance every flavor, and you’ll go home with a new perspective… plus a practical guide to put your new skills into action!
Although we use Tuscan cuisine to demonstrate these techniques, the rules of pairing apply to every cuisine in the world. Whether it’s sushi, curry, or Texas barbecue, after this experience, you’ll always know how to choose the perfect wine!
