Discover the art of coffee roasting at Rising Kona Coffee Farm, where you’ll dive into the rich traditions of world-famous Kona coffee. This engaging 60-minute tour allows you to select premium green beans and roast them to your preference using our Roastronix roaster. Personalize your creation with a unique name, and take home a 100g bag of your own roast as a special Hawaiian souvenir. With a maximum of eight participants, enjoy an intimate experience led by knowledgeable guides who will share their passion for coffee and the farm’s history.

What to expect

Go behind the scenes of a working coffee roastery and discover the art and science of transforming green coffee beans into a freshly roasted batch of Kona coffee. During this interactive, small-group experience, you'll learn about the coffee roasting process, explore how different roast profiles affect flavor, and watch our Roastronix roaster in action.

Take part in the roasting process as you create your own custom roast. At the end of the experience, you'll take home a 100-gram bag of coffee that you personally roasted and named, making for a unique souvenir and memorable taste of Kona.

After the roasting session, enjoy a selection of coffee samples in our gift store and savor the distinctive flavors that make Kona coffee world-renowned.

With groups limited to just 8 guests, this experience offers a personalized and hands-on introduction to coffee roasting in an intimate setting.
