Welcome to Shanghai! Our guide will be waiting to greet you at the exit of the Arrival Hall. Then you will be escorted to our well-chosen hotel. For the rest of the day, you may have a good rest to get over the travel fatigue or venture out to the surrounding area a bit on your own.
Your 13 days China tour package literally starts today! We highlight our tour with one of China's four best museums, Shanghai Museum, whose main exhibitions are precious ancient bronzes, porcelain and ceramic wares, calligraphy and Chinese paintings.
Then we proceed to Yu Garden. The fine design and complicated layout of the pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters in this classic garden are all worth visiting.
We finish the day's program by exploring the Bund area and an old cultural street - Tianzifang.
The morning Our guide and driver will take you to Pudong half day tour, visit 118 floor of Shanghai Tower, the second highest in the world, at the Observatory you can have a bird view of the whole Shanghai city. Then get you to the airport for an flight to Guilin, where another local guide will pick you up for your trip to the hotel as soon as you have collected your baggage.

We'll start the day with touring the Reed Flute Cave, where you see many stunning stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations.
We then proceed to the Seven Star Park, where elegant hills, clear water, fantastic caves, grotesque rocks and ingenious architectures are well integrated. You can consult your guide on where to get a good lunch.
Next we visit the unique Elephant Trunk Hill - a popular sightseeing spot more than 1000 years. Our last stop is Fubo Hill, where in addition to charming scenery we see numerous historical items and stone carvings.
This morning we board a cruise along the scenic Li River for Yangshuo. Upon arrival, we take a drive to take in the farmland, clear water and elegant mountains around Yangshuo. We stop by a villager's home for a glimpse of farmers' life style. And back at the hotel in Yangshuo you may take your time strolling in this famous town. Unfortunately the lunch served on the cruise is simple Chinese box lunch. So we recommend you take a hearty breakfast at the hotel in the morning.
An arranged transport will take you from Yangshuo to Guilin Airport for your flight to Chengdu, the breeding grounds of the adorable giant pandas. Our local guide will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to have a rest at the hotel or look around the city on your own.
The morning excursion focuses on Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center, which features verdant bamboos, bright flowers, fresh air, a natural hill and beautiful view to create the best possible environment for the pandas' rearing and breeding. Here you could find many pandas playing, feeding on bamboos, or climbing trees. Lunch is not included today, but our guide is ready to help you find somewhere better to have it if you need.
In the early afternoon, we will proceed our 13 days China tour to Jinsha Site Museum, which exhibits many precious and mysterious artefacts probably as much as 3000 years old.
Finishing with the museum, we then go for a stroll in the Broad and Narrow Alleys. Traditional buildings, various shops, tea houses, eateries and street performers enhance it as a tourist area.
A morning high-speed train will take you to Xi'an, a cradle of Chinese civilization. The train journey takes around 4 hours. On your arriving, our local guide will meet you at the North Railway station and settle you at your hotel. After the formalities, we will visit Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, where we could see thousands of rare historic treasures covering the spectrum of Chinese history.
Then we move on to visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, a brick Tang Dynasty structure, circa 7th century AD, to house the Buddhist scriptures and statues from India.
The whole morning will be spent on the world's eighth wonder, featured in Terracotta Army. As the annex of Emperor Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum, the lifelike warriors and horses are believed to be the sentinels of Qin Shihuang. The Bronze Chariots and Horses excavated here are considered the most exquisite bronze ware in the world.
we head to the Xi'an City Wall, which still stands around the old city.
Our last stop today is the tranquil Great Mosque, which is among the oldest and largest. It still is the focal point of religious activities.Dinner enjoy famous Tang Dynasty Dancing and dumplings.
This morning you will travel by a high-speed train to Beijing, the last destination of your China itinerary 13 days. The train journey takes around 4.5 hours. The local guide expects you at the station and takes you to the hotel. Our afternoon visit covers the Temple of Heaven - the imperial temple for the emperors to worship the Gods of the Heaven during the Ming and Qing dynasties. And the roofs here are all covered with blue glazed tiles, reflecting great solemnity and serenity.
The first stop of your private Beijing tour is Tiananmen Square, the world's largest. Built 600 years ago, the T-shaped Tiananmen Square is an important venue for ceremonies of national prominence.
Across the square, we will reach the Forbidden City, the royal palace from 14th to 20th century. The major colour themes of the palace are yellow and vermilion representing imperial power.
Then our royal tour leads to the Summer Palace, the most significant royal park, displaying the outstanding gardening landscape.
This morning we will visit Mutianyu Great Wall by taking the round-trip cable car. Initially set up as a fortification, it is a historic landmark in testimony of people's never ending struggles. Lunch today is not included. Our guide is happy to recommend you a good restaurant.
On the way back to downtown, we will drive by and make a stop at the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium), so that you can have photo opportunities.
We then continue to visit the Old Hutong Alleys on rickshaws to experience a throwback to the old centuries.
