  Lima

  After picking you up from Lima by 4:00 AM, we will go to Nazca city to fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines. There is no definitive reason for the carvings. However, numerous theories have been advanced: sculptures to be seen from the nearby mountains, a big work project to worship they ancestors, or possibly a kind of message for their god. Observe the most famous one such as the dog, spider, monkey, etc.

  Nasca Lines

  The Nazca Lines are a group of ancient geoglyphs located in the Nazca Desert in Southern Peru. These mysterious designs, which include straight lines, geometric shapes, and figures of animals, plants, and humanoid beings, are best viewed from the air, as their full scale and complexity are difficult to appreciate from the ground. They were created between 500 BCE and 500 CE by the Nazca culture. The purpose of these lines is still a subject of debate among scholars. Some theories suggest they may have had astronomical or religious significance, with the lines possibly serving as a type of calendar or guide for ceremonial purposes. Others propose that they were created for water rituals, as the region has a long history of drought and the lines might have been a way to appeal to deities for rainfall. The Nazca Lines were designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1994, and they remain one of the greatest mysteries of ancient engineering.

  Huacachina

  Huacachina is a picturesque desert oasis located just outside the city of Ica in Southern Peru. It’s a small, serene village built around a natural lagoon, surrounded by massive sand dunes. The oasis is often referred to as "The Oasis of America" and is a popular tourist destination due to its stunning desert landscape, vibrant greenery, and peaceful waters. The village itself is charming, with colorful buildings, hotels, and cafes lining the lagoon, giving it a quaint, almost fairy-tale vibe. Despite being in the middle of the vast Peruvian desert, Huacachina offers a cool, refreshing escape from the surrounding arid landscape. The oasis has a rich legend tied to its creation. Local folklore tells the story of a young princess who was bathing in the lagoon when she was startled by a hunter, causing her to flee into the desert. As she ran, she dropped her mirror, which supposedly formed the lagoon.
