» Contact guest one day in advance to schedule pickup time and location; a driver will be provided.
» Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the terminal, departure level.
» You will be escorted to the check-in counters for baggage check-in and boarding pass collection.
» You will then be escorted to the immigration counter for clearance and followed by the departure gate.
