Itinerary

Duration: 8 hours (approximately)

    The tour begins at approximately 9:00 a.m. with hotel pickup in Tarapoto, following an organized route based on hotel locations. We will travel to the rainforest and enjoy a 35-minute hike through lush vegetation, learning about the local environment and wildlife. Along the way, we will descend wooden stairs and cross a small river on a traditional handmade raft, following safety measures. We will then visit the San José Hot Springs, where you will have free time to relax and enjoy the warm natural waters. Afterward, we will continue to the nearby waterfalls, where you can admire the natural rock formations, learn about the area's surroundings and, weather and local conditions permitting, swim in the natural pools. After the visit, we will return to Tarapoto, arriving at approximately 4:30 p.m.
