Embark on a full day excursion from Lima. First, visit the Ballestas Islands, home to Humboldt penguins and sea lions, while enjoying an exciting boat ride. Next, explore a local winery in the Ica Valley, where you can taste Peruvian wines and piscos and learn about their traditions. Afterwards, head to Huacachina, an oasis in the middle of the desert, for a unique dune buggy experience and sandboarding. If time permits, we will stop in Chincha Alta to learn more about Afro-Peruvian traditions. This small group tour is a perfect way to enjoy the natural beauty and Peruvian culture.

Itinerary

    Huacachina Oasis

    At the indicated time we will be passing by your accommodation (Miraflores, San Isidro), we will head to Paracas. Once we arrive in Paracas we will be waiting to take you to the port of El Chaco, we will board our shared river transport and head to the Ballestas Islands, home to thousands of birds, such as pelicans, cormorants, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, among others. On the way back to the port of Paracas we will appreciate the Candelabro, a huge geoglyph. Afterwards, we will board the bus to Ica. Upon arrival you will be welcomed and transferred to the vineyard, where you will have a delicious lunch. After lunch we will go to Huacachina Lagoon, a natural oasis in the middle of the desert, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, we will go tubing and sand-boarding. tubing and sand-boarding.
