This 5-day itinerary offers a complete Peru experience, starting with a tour of Lima, where you explore its Historic Center, the Huaca Pucllana and the Parque del Amor. Then, you travel to Ica and Paracas to discover the Ballestas Islands and the Ica Museum. In Cusco, you will take a city tour visiting the Plaza de Armas, the Temple of Qorikancha and the impressive ruins of Sacsayhuaman. The fourth day is dedicated to the wonder of Machu Picchu, where you enjoy a guided tour of the ancient ruins. The trip culminates with a free day in Cusco to explore at your own pace before returning to Lima.

1New Jorge Chávez International Airport
A shuttle will be waiting for you at the airport to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel (Miraflores - San Isidro).

2Huacachina
At the indicated time we will pick you up at your accommodation (Miraflores, San Isidro), to transfer you to the bus terminal where you will take the bus to Paracas. Once we arrive to Paracas we will be waiting for you to take you to the port of El Chaco where we will board our shared river transportation and head to the Ballestas Islands, home of thousands of birds, such as pelicans, cormorants, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, among others. On the way back to the port of Paracas we will appreciate the Candelabro, a huge geoglyph. Then we will board the bus to Ica. Upon arrival you will be received at the station to be transferred to the vineyard, where you will have a delicious lunch. After lunch we will go to Huacachina Lagoon, a natural oasis in the middle of the desert, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, we will do tubing and sand-boarding. At the end you will board the bus to return to the city of Lima, arrival time 10:30 am. Lima, arrival time 10:30 p.m. approx.

4Sacsayhuaman
We start with the pick up from your hotel near the historic center of Cusco at 12:30 pm approx. We start the trip, our first point to visit is the Temple of Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), in this place we will have a guided tour for about an hour, then we go to the archaeological center of Sacsayhuaman (Imposing example of Inca military architecture). Continuing with the excursion we will visit the archaeological center of Qenqo this is a ritual center built on a unique limestone outcrop. Later we will visit the red fortress of PukaPukara where the reddish color and the military construction of this place is characterized and finally we will go to the fortress of Tambomachay which is characterized by having a main waterfall which is known as ¨the baths of the Inca¨. Finally we return to the city of Cusco, our transportation service will leave us near the historic center (Plateros street), approximate arrival is at 18:30 hrs.

5Aguas Calientes
START: 4:00 am approximately with the pick up from your hotel_ We will be passing by your accommodation where you are staying, which is located within the (Historic Center of Cusco) to move to the train station in the town of Ollantaytambo or Poroy (depending on availability). TRAIN STATION (Ollantaytambo or Poroy), once we arrive at the train station we will board the tourist trains (Voyager or Expedition) with direction to Aguas Calientes.) AGUAS CALIENTES (Machu Picchu Pueblo): Arriving at the train station in Aguas Calientes a representative will be waiting for you with a sign and your name, to coordinate the final details. Afterwards we will be transferred to the bus station to board the bus and arrive at the gate of Machu Picchu.

6Machu Picchu
MACHU PICCHU: At the gate of Machu Picchu our guide will be waiting for you to start the tour in a period of 2 hours and 30 minutes approx. hours and 30 minutes approx, in this wonderful place. AGUAS CALIENTES: Once we finish we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes where we will have lunch. Then you will have free time to explore the town of Aguas Calientes (depending on the schedule of their trains). RETURN: We will go to the train station at the established time, to board the train to Ollantaytambo (or Poroy), where we will transfer to Ollantaytambo. we will make a transfer to get to Cusco.
