    Tarapoto

10:00 a.m. We begin the tour by picking up passengers at their respective hotels, in the established order. Our first stop will be the Mirador de la Cordillera Escalera, where we’ll take a roughly 15-minute walk along a path of stone steps and wooden bridges, enjoying beautiful views of the landscape. Then, we’ll set out on a 5- to 8-minute hike to the waterfall. Along the way, we’ll make a brief stop at a site of mythological significance, where the guide will explain the legends and traditions of the area. Upon arrival, we’ll admire the impressive waterfall, approximately 40 meters high, surrounded by lush vegetation within the Cordillera Escalera Regional Conservation Area. You’ll have time to take photos, enjoy the surroundings, and, if you’d like, take a dip in the natural pool. 1:45 p.m. Approximate arrival in the city of Tarapoto and end of the tour.
