After disembarking, customers must go to Gate 1, which corresponds to the port exit. Outside, the guide or a member of our team, identified with a blue umbrella with the Hanging Out in Cartagena | Paseando en Cartagena brand or with a banner showing the reservation name, will be waiting.
We recommend making the reservation well in advance, especially during high season. To guarantee the availability of the professional guide and air-conditioned transport, the reservation must be confirmed in advance, as these services are scheduled and secured beforehand according to availability.
