The staff will welcome you with a glass of prosecco, you will be given the chef's hat and apron.
The chef will guide you revealing tricks and secrets of traditional cuisine.
You will learn how to prepare traditional dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients. From the preparation of 3 fresh pastas (gnocchi, pici and tortelli) and conclude with the preparation of ice cream
