Free pickup and drop-off are available in major areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, and Ubud (central area). Additional charges may apply for pickups outside these areas.
Airport pickup is available; please provide your flight details in advance. The driver will wait at the arrival area holding a sign with your name.
For hotel pickups, please wait in the lobby. For villa or private residence pickups, kindly ensure the location is accessible by car.
