• Identification: Look for your driver holding a personalized sign with your name clearly displayed. We will also be using a brand-new, charcoal-black 2026 Mercedes E-Class (License plate details will be provided via message after booking).
• Direct Communication: For your convenience, we will contact you via WhatsApp or iMessage 24 hours before the tour to confirm the exact meeting point and time.
• Airport/Port Transfers: If you require pickup from Athens International Airport (ATH) or Piraeus Port, please provide your flight number or cruise ship name in advance. (Note: A small surcharge may apply for long-distance transfers).
• Luggage: As this is a luxury sedan, we can comfortably accommodate up to 3 medium-sized suitcases. Please let us know if you have oversized luggage.
