Join and enjoy the gastronomic tour in Lima. We will visit a Peruvian market, you will see various products that we use in the preparation of Ceviche and Pisco Sour. In addition in the restaurant we will have the Cooking class that will guide us to the successful preparation of each dish.

We will start the respective pick-ups from your hotels.
We will visit a Peruvian market (Market No. 1 Surquillo) where we will know the essential products and inputs in Peruvian cuisine. The guide will explain the importance of each product and the dishes prepared based on it. We will taste some seasonal fruits such as Chirimoya and Pacae among others.
We will make a brief visit to the bridge of sighs in Barranco, which represents the history, culture and charm of Barranco.
We will arrive at the restaurant RIVIERA located in Chorrillos. Here the chef will teach us (cooking class) how to prepare Peruvian Ceviche, the popular Cause with Crab Pulp and the traditional pisco Sour. We can all participate in the preparation while we learn the value of these flag dishes. You will be provided with all the necessary utensils for the preparation (gloves, hats disposable according to the food preparation protocol, among others) Experience lasts about 1hour 40min to 2hours.
