Pickup details:

We can pick you up from Heraklion Airport or Heraklion Port and take you to Ierapetra, or vice versa, picking you up from Ierapetra and dropping you off at Heraklion Airport or Port.

Please provide your arrival flight or ship details, as well as your pickup and drop-off locations.

If you cannot find your driver at Heraklion Airport or Port, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp.

What to expect

For each booking, we require the following information:

- Full names of all passengers (required by Greek law)
- Number of passengers
- Flight number / Ship name, date & arrival time
- Number of boosters or baby seats required for children (free of charge)
- Exact destination (hotel, villa, or address)

Luggage

- If you have 4 large suitcases or more, you must book the Minivan option, as 4 large suitcases cannot fit in a Sedan car
- If you have more than 7 large suitcases, please inform us in advance

For arrivals at Heraklion Airport or Port, the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.

If for any reason you cannot see or find the driver, please call our WhatsApp number
