Aboard our renovated Sailing Edisa, timeless elegance meets modern comfort. We sail toward Kallithea Therme Spa, where crystal waters invite swimming and snorkeling.

Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls – Hand-rolled with cooked shrimp, pork, vermicelli, crisp vegetables, and herbs, served with a signature dipping sauce. Light and fresh.

Phở – Vietnamese Beef Noodle Bowl – Tender marinated beef with soft rice noodles, fragrant broth, and fresh herbs. Comforting and flavorful.

Lemongrass Braised Pork or Chicken with Steamed Rice – Slow-cooked with lemongrass, served with fluffy rice, rich and aromatic.
