    Observation Hill

Observation Hill stands as one of the most iconic landmarks in Kenya’s famed elephant paradise. This elevated rocky outcrop provides breathtaking 360-degree views of Amboseli’s vast plains, swamps teeming with wildlife, and of course, Mount Kilimanjaro, which rises majestically in the background. Whether you’re an adventure seeker, photographer, wildlife enthusiast, or casual traveler, a visit to Observation Hill is an absolute must-do. Unlike most areas in Amboseli where you must remain inside your vehicle, Observation Hill is one of the only places where visitors can get out and explore on foot. This makes it a unique safari experience, allowing you to appreciate Amboseli from an entirely different perspective.
