It starts in the vineyard. Your sommelier introduces you to Santorini’s volcanic landscape and walks you through the conditions that shape every bottle. Three wineries, each with its own story. You’ll visit three carefully selected producers. Together they give you a full, layered picture of what this island can do.
Around 12 wines, guided from start to finish. This isn’t a rushed tasting. Your sommelier walks you through each pour. Style, structure, terroir, aging potential. You’ll leave with a real understanding of what was in your glass and why it mattered.
