Information on Miami City Tour & Boat Tour Pickups Pickups at Bayside Marketplace (Downtown Miami) begin 30 minutes before the tour schedule. For example: If your tour starts at 9:30 a.m., pick-up at Bayside will be at 9:00 a.m. If your tour is at 10:30 a.m., pick up at 10:00 a.m. For 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. tours, pickup will be 30 minutes prior, respectively. The meeting point in Downtown is at the main entrance to Bayside Marketplace, right next to the flags, where Big Bus stops are also located. In the Miami Beach area, we collect from pre-booked hotels only within the South Beach area, from 1st to 23rd Street, and only at Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue.
