At the airport, your driver will wait in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. At hotels, the driver will wait in the lobby. The vehicle accommodates 1–6 passengers. Please note: with 6 passengers, only hand luggage (backpacks, small bags) can be carried. With 5 passengers – space for up to 3 large suitcases. With 4 passengers – up to 6 large suitcases. Please plan your luggage accordingly.

1. Meeting at the Designated Location
The driver will meet you at the agreed place (airport, hotel, or other), holding a sign with your name to make identification easy. The driver will assist with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

2. The Journey
The route will be direct and efficient. The driver will ensure a comfortable and safe ride to your destination.

3. Drop-off
Upon arrival, the driver will assist with unloading your luggage and make sure you safely exit the vehicle.
