At the start, if you’re coming from open water, the view is vast and minimal. Flying fish might dart above the surface, and seabirds circle lazily overhead. Sunrises and sunsets out here feel enormous—nothing blocking the horizon, just bands of orange, pink, and gold melting into the sea. As you get closer to South Florida, the water changes first.
