Pickup details:

Make your transportation from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) to downtown Shanghai. Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking. Driver will wait for you in advance at the exit of the luggage claim area holding a placard in arrival hall with your name on.

Drop-off point

Any hotel located in the city downtown(within the middle Ring Zone of Shanghai).

What to expect

1.We will provide you driver's name, contact number and plate number usually one day before you arrive.

2.The driver would be waiting for you at the exit of the luggage claim area, holding a placard with your name on it, which is very easy to be recognized.

3.We provide up to 2 hours free waiting time , Counting from the flight actual landing time. Normally it would be enough for the passengers clear Custom and get their luggage. If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: (USD5 or RMB35 PER half hour Per car), please pay cash to the driver.

4.The hotel should be located in the city downtown(within the Middle Ring Zone of Shanghai ), there would be a little extra charge for out of range.
