What to expect

At Rainbow Reiki Energy, all you need to do is relax and receive. You'll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table while I use light, gentle hand placements to channel Reiki energy to you.

Hilo is the first place Reiki was practiced outside of Japan, making it a special place to receive this healing energy.

Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, like their body and mind can finally let go. You might feel warmth, tingling, or waves of energy moving through you. Some people feel lighter and clearer afterward, while others experience the release of stuck emotions or a sense of energetic reset. Reiki works on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Because it has its own awareness, each session is unique to what you need most.

Reiki supports your body’s natural ability to relax, release stress, and restore balance. Every session meets you where you are, whether you're seeking quiet rest, relief from stress, or deeper alignment.

You can also enhance your session by adding on crystal singing bowls or an optional energy reading where I'll share what I sensed and cleared.
