This workshop offers a hands-on experience where you create your own leather bag from start to finish in just two hours. Working with high-quality leather from European tanneries, you design and assemble a bag that reflects your personal style.
No sewing or prior experience is required, making it accessible to everyone. With guidance from experienced makers, you’ll work entirely by hand in a relaxed studio setting and leave with a unique, functional item you can use every day.
You will work in a professional shoe and bag making studio, unique in Amsterdam and will learn from experts in these fields. Enjoy the creative atmosphere and professional ambiance.

What to expect
We begin with a short introduction to the materials, tools, and examples of the different bag models. You will then choose your preferred model, select your leather from a range of colors and textures, and decide on the details that make your design unique.
With guidance from an experienced instructor, you will start working with the leather by cutting, punching holes, and assembling your bag step by step using hand tools. No sewing machine is required, and no prior experience is needed.
Throughout the workshop, you will learn the basics of working with leather while enjoying a creative and practical process.
At the end of the session, you will finish your bag and take home a handmade, functional accessory that reflects your personal style.
