Come see Tennessee's most unique distillery offering a wide range of award winning spirits. Tour our amazing distillery with five hand-built still systems capable of producing everything from vodka to rum, absinthe to agave and of course our astonishing gin which may be one of the very best in the US. We make whiskey too! Bourbon, rye and Single Malt are all produced in-house and aged in our signature Boxcar Barrelhouse!
The distillery is a proud member of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail!

Meeting and pickup
The distillery can be accessed in the back on the Dome Lobby of the Chattanooga Choo Choo Station or by coming to the back of the station near the Choo Choo engine.

1Gate 11 Distillery
The Gate 11 Distillery is a small craft operation located on two different floor levels adjacent to our cocktail bars and bottle shop. On the first floor, tour participants will learn about Gate 11's wide range of award-winning spirits and will see the our bottling operations, mash cooker and fermenter and will see the bottom portions of our pot still and column stills. On the second level, tour participants will see the top portions of our pot and column stuill systems and our three smaller botanical extraction stills. On this level, they will also learn a bit of the history of some of the unique spirits we produce and our product development process. After the distillery tour, participants will be guided to our tasting room where they will be offered their choice of four of our award-winning spirits to taste. Options include: vodka, gin, white rum, overproof rum, absinthe blanche, agave blanco, agave reposado, agave anejo, single malt whiskey, bourbon and rye.
