    Abra Patapampa

    We started the tour at 3.00 am and our first stop was at the Mirador de los Volcanes in Patapampa, the highest point of our tour, located at 4,900 m above sea level. From here you can admire the stunning volcanoes Ampato, Sabancaya and Hualca Hualca, as well as the spectacular Andean landscape of the highlands. An ideal place to take panoramic photos and appreciate the grandeur of the Colca Valley before descending towards the villages of the valley.
