What's Included

Food is included. We have a variety of Hawaiian style juices and water. There will also be grab-n-go snacks. For lunch you may choose from an available list of options.
Alcohol – Consumption and possession of alcohol on the van is strictly prohibited on the tour.

Pickup details:

- We will contact you regarding any specific details about your tour. - Cruise ship Passengers: - While our tours are scheduled to begin at 8:00 am, we know that delays happen, and that it may take some time to come off the ship. We keep track of ship arrival times and will adjust accordingly. You will not miss your tour. - Tour lengths vary and adjustments to the schedule may need to be made in order to accommodate your timely return. - Cruise Ship Hilo and Kailua Ports – Look for your Guide with the “Aloha Aina Tours” sign. You will be provided instructions for pick up either inside the terminal or right outside the port gates. - If your ship is unable to dock, we’ll issue a full refund. When possible, we’ll also try to reschedule your tour so you don’t miss out. This situation is entirely outside your control, and we want to make it worry-free for you.
