From very early on, the experience begins in Cusco with personalized pickup from the accommodation or agreed point. The journey to Ollantaytambo, 1 hour and 50 minutes, crosses Andean landscapes with quiet villages and mountains that wake up in the sunrise light. In Ollantaytambo, the team guides with order and clarity the access to the station, giving way to a train journey of almost 2 hours, between rivers and mountains heading to the high jungle. In Aguas Calientes, a representative welcomes the group and coordinates the ascent by minibus along a path surrounded by greenery. Already in Machu Picchu, a 3-hour guided tour of paths, temples and viewpoints full of living history. Back in Aguas Calientes, there is free time for lunch, exploring or relaxing. Later, board the train back to Ollantaytambo and finally, the transport waits to return to Cusco in comfort. A full day that connects culture, nature and memory in one day.

Between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the tour, the team will contact each traveler to confirm the exact pickup time and answer any outstanding questions. On the day of service, it is recommended that passengers be prepared at least 15 minutes before the indicated time, with their belongings ready to leave. Pick-up staff will show up at the agreed location on time and can be easily identified by their professional dress, a printed list of travellers' names and a friendly attitude. At all times, active communication will be maintained to ensure smooth and smooth coordination.

When arriving in the picturesque town of Aguas Calientes, a team member will already be waiting among the typical movement of the place to welcome the travelers with warmth and accompany them on the next tour. After a short coordination, the ascent to Machu Picchu begins in a minibus that, in about 25 minutes, travels a meandering mountain path. As you move between green hillsides and soft mist, the excitement grows: each curve reveals the closeness to one of the most iconic destinations in the world.
