What to expect

Experience the spiritual and cultural side of Nagasaki in this unique 2-hour activity that blends martial arts and tradition.

We'll start at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Gymnasium, where you'll join an Aikido class led by a local expert. Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that focuses on harmony, balance, and self-defense. The session is beginner-friendly - no experience needed, just a willingness to learn!

After the class, we'll take a short trip to the beautiful Fuchi Shrine, nestled in the hills of Nagasaki. This peaceful Shinto shrine offers a chance to learn about Japanese spirituality and enjoy panoramic views of the city-a perfect way to reflect and unwind after training your body.
