CRUISE SHIP VISITORS: When you arrive at the Port of Hilo, our tour guide will greet you inside the cruise ship terminal with our company sign. OTHER PICK-UP LOCATIONS: We will arrive at your specified location in a white, 15-passenger Ford Transit van. AIRPORT: Please be advised we cannot pick up from the Hilo airport at this time, but we do offer drop off.
