Step 1:

Before your departure, you will receive all necessary information from us, including your driver's name, contact details. You can reach us through our phone number, WeChat, or WhatsApp.

Step 3:
Our team will monitor your flight status in real-time before your arrival. Your driver will be waiting at the airport exit gate with a sign bearing your name, ready to meet you based on your actual landing time, whether your flight arrives early or is delayed.

Step 4:
From the moment you disembark the plane to completing customs procedures and collecting your luggage, our team will be available online to guide and assist you in English . If you need currency exchange or SIM card purchase, please inform us in advance – your driver can assist you at the airport before heading to the vehicle.

Step 5:
We provide a complimentary 1-hour waiting period at the airport, starting from the actual landing time of your flight (typically, passengers take 1-1.5 hours to disembark, pass through security, collect checked luggage, and exit to meet their driver).
