Shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao Airport to/from Hotels Transfer

To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience with our pickup service, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following procedures:

Step 1:
Please make sure to provide us with your accurate arrival flight number(for hotel to airport plz provide your departure flight no), contact information and pick up time you expected.

Step 2:
Before your departure, you will receive all necessary information from us, including your driver's name, contact details. You can reach us through our phone number, WeChat, or WhatsApp.

Step 3:
Our team will monitor your flight status in real-time before your arrival. Your driver will reach and start to wait at the airport arrival exit gate on the pick up time selected with your name sign, if flight delayed, will suggest a new pick up time to you.

For customers who booked hotel to airport transfer, our diver will reach your hotel at your selected pick up time.

Step 4:
We provide a complimentary 1-hour free waiting time from the pickup time you selected . (usually, passengers take 40minutes to 1.5 hours from landing to exit )

Our service opening hours from 6:30AM to 9:30PM, time based on pick up time.

Our drop off area are limited to main city area including: XUHUI, HUANGPU, JING'AN, HONGKOU, PUTUO, BAOSHAN, MINHANG,PUDONG (not including LINGANG SPECIAL AREA ), Distance from airport max 50Km.
