To choose a transfer, you only need to choose the city or airport where we will pick you up and the city or airport where we will drop you off. We will clarify all the details such as the exact address, flight number, etc. with you after booking.
What to expect
- Awaiting Guests: After the plane lands and guests pass through passport control, customs, and baggage claim, they will exit into the arrivals area. There, a company representative will meet them with a sign indicating the guest's name, company name, or hotel.
- Escort: The representative will escort the guests to a car, minivan, or bus, depending on the number of people and the amount of luggage. If needed, they will help with the luggage.
- Trip to the Hotel: During the ride, the driver or guide will provide general information about the city and the hotel, and answer any questions. This stage includes a direct transfer to the accommodation without unnecessary stops.
- Check-in: Upon arrival at the hotel, the company representative will assist guests with the check-in process, provide necessary documents (vouchers, keys), and offer general information about the hotel, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, pool hours, etc.
Return Transfer from the Hotel to the Airport
- Transfer Arrangement: The company representative will inform guests about the time of the return transfer to the airport in advance, usually a day before departure. This time is calculated taking into account flight check-in times, possible delays, and traffic.
- Departure from the Hotel: At the designated time, the driver will arrive at the hotel. They will meet the guests in the lobby, help with their luggage, and escort them to the vehicle.
- Trip to the Airport: The driver will take the guests directly to the airport terminal.
- Trip Completion: The driver or company representative will assist with unloading the luggage and wish the guests a safe journey.
