What to expect

Welcome to our historic cheese factory in Paros, where 100 years of tradition meet modern cheese-making technology. Fully renovated, it is now one of the most advanced cheese factories in the Cyclades.

Upon arrival, guests receive protective hair covers and shoe covers before entering the production area. During the guided tour, they visit the production rooms and maturation chambers, take photographs, and learn about every stage of the cheese-making process, from fresh milk to the final product.

After the tour, guests continue to our wine-tasting room for a special tasting experience. A professional sommelier presents a selection of local wines produced from Parian grape varieties, including PDO wines. Each wine is carefully paired with cheeses made in the factory, allowing guests to discover how local flavours complement one another.

The experience combines the history of Parian cheese-making with modern production, local wine culture, and the authentic flavours of the island.
