Step 2: Confirmation & Communication
I shall follow up with a confirmation message (email, WhatsApp, or SMS) to reconfirm the booking and address any special requirements such as child seats, extra luggage, or language preferences.

Step 3: Pick-Up
On the day of travel, I shall arrive on time at the agreed pick-up location . I shall greet the client courteously and assist with the luggage.

Step 4: Comfortable Journey
Clients enjoy a safe and comfortable ride in our well-maintained vehicles equipped with air-conditioning, clean interiors, and bottled water. Our drivers are trained, friendly, and knowledgeable about routes, ensuring timely transfers and smooth rides.

Step 5: En Route Experience
During the journey, clients may request short stops if needed, and am always ready to share insights about local attractions, culture, or answer travel-related questions.

Step 6: Drop-Off
Clients are safely dropped off at their destination . I usually assists with luggage, ensures the client is settled, and thanks them for choosing the platform

Step 7: After-Service Follow-Up
We follow up with a courtesy message to confirm the client’s satisfaction with the service and welcome them to book with us again for future travel needs
